Stained Glass Experience is necessary!

This is an advanced stained glass project and soldering experience is necessary.

In this class you will be making a 3D-14” spinning star/icicle. This project uses bevels, (regular and glue chip) nuggets and glass.

You will make 4 identical sides by cutting the glass to fit, foiling each piece, soldering them together and adding a swivel hook to the top so it spins in your window.

CLASS TIME IS AT A PREMIUM SO PLEASE STOP IN AHEAD OF TIME TO PICK UP THE BEVELS AND NUGGETS AND FOIL THEM BEFORE CLASS and then you’ll be ready to assemble them and solder the 3D shape.

Cost includes 4-2x2 glue chip bevels, 12-1x1 bevels, 8-4x4x7 half diamonds, 24 nuggets, swivel hook and lunch.  You will need to purchase the colored glass.

Bring:  glass cutting tools, soldering equipment and supplies-don’t forget the flux remover and polish- and glasses. No shorts or open-toed shoes.
